Account & Verification
How do I create a website account?
Choose Log in with Discord. Your website profile is created automatically from your Discord account.
How do I verify my FlexCity account?
Open your profile, enter your FlexCity player ID, and complete the verification process. One FlexCity ID can only be connected to one Discord account.
Do I have to join the Discord server to use the website?
Server membership is not currently forced during login. Some giveaways or features may still have their own requirements.
Affiliate Bonus
How do I claim the free 100K Bucks?
Log in, verify your FlexCity account, press Claim 100K on the homepage, and enter a valid affiliate code such as VXPER.
Can I claim more than one affiliate code?
No. Each verified account can use one affiliate code only, and you cannot use your own code.
How do I create my own affiliate code?
After verification, open the Affiliate page and create one unique code. Share the code directly with new users.
What happens after I claim the affiliate bonus?
The homepage button changes from Claim 100K to Rewards and opens the Daily Cases page.
Giveaways & Prizes
Where do I join giveaways?
Main giveaways are joined through the website. Discord announcements include a button that opens the correct giveaway page.
Do I need verification to join?
It depends on the giveaway requirements. Larger or special giveaways may require a verified FlexCity account.
What happens when I win Bucks?
The prize is added to your website balance. You can then submit a withdrawal request.
What happens when I win Nitro or a webshop item?
The prize appears as an unclaimed reward with instructions for contacting staff or opening the correct claim ticket.
Balance & Withdrawals
What is my website balance?
It contains withdrawable FlexCity Bucks earned from giveaways, events, affiliate rewards, cases, promo codes, and approved staff adjustments.
Can I deposit money?
No. Deposits are not supported.
How do I withdraw my balance?
Open Wallet, enter the amount, and submit a withdrawal request. Payments Managers review and process it.
Why is my withdrawal partially paid?
Large withdrawals may be split into multiple payments because of FlexCity transfer limits. Your wallet shows the paid and remaining amounts.
Rewards, XP & Games
Where are the Daily Cases?
Open Rewards from the navigation bar or homepage.
How often can I open a Daily Case?
Normally once every 24 hours. The page shows the exact remaining cooldown.
What are XP and levels used for?
They unlock level cases, badges, rewards, and additional website features.
Are deposits required for games?
No. The website currently has no deposit system.
Chat & Mentions
How do I mention someone in chat?
Type @nickname or select a user from the suggestion list that appears while typing.
What does the red number on Chat mean?
It shows unread mentions only. Regular chat messages do not increase the red badge.
Why does the badge disappear?
When the mention count reaches zero, the badge is hidden automatically. Opening chat marks displayed mentions as read.
Can normal users use @everyone or @here?
No. Mass mentions are blocked for regular users.

Who manages giveaways?
Giveaways Managers create giveaways, review entries, select winners, and manage giveaway prizes.
Who manages events?
Events Managers create events, registrations, rewards, and announcements.
Who manages withdrawals?
Payments Managers review withdrawals, record partial payments, and mark requests completed.
Where can I report a problem?
Open a Support ticket in the FlexCity Giveaways Discord server.
