Giveaways and events
- Participants must follow the published requirements.
- Fake entries, alternate accounts, bots, or exploitation may result in disqualification.
- Staff may reroll an ineligible winner or cancel an abused event entry.
- Event and giveaway schedules may be updated when necessary.
Claims and payments
- Winners must use the official claim process.
- Money prizes may be paid over multiple days because of in-game limits.
- Webshop offers and special rewards may require manual delivery.
- Unclaimed prizes may be rerolled according to the published rules.
Sponsors and advertisements
- Every sponsor and advertisement request is subject to staff review.
- Unsafe, misleading, illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
- Approval does not represent an official FlexCity endorsement.
